Cancellations
To avoid a cancellation fee, Green Oasis Salon requires 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or change.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the services booked.
Our stylists reserve their time exclusively for you, and their income depends on scheduled appointments. With limited availability, this policy allows us to maintain a sustainable business and ensures fairness for both clients and stylists.
Reservations
A credit card is required to secure any appointment.
You will receive an email and SMS reminder prior to your appointment. Please confirm your booking by clicking the confirmation link provided.

Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy to your stylist.
Late arrivals may receive a shortened service. We will always do our best to accommodate you with the remaining time, however late arrivals are responsible for the full cost of the reserved service.
Avoid using any root touch-up sprays or powders before your appointment. These products may affect color results, and we cannot guarantee full coverage for Single Process services if they are present.
Pricing
All prices listed represent starting prices.
Color pricing varies based on:
• Hair length & density
• Product usage
• Stylist time
Additional color/lightener bowls will incur an extra charge to cover product cost.
Pricing tiers may vary depending on stylist experience and expertise.
Refunds
Green Oasis Salon does not offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assist you with an adjustment.
All retail product sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
